Tile, Grout and Concrete Cleaning
Step one
After walking through the job with the customer and addressing your concerns, we apply a tile and grout detergent to break down the soil, grease and any other build up. We then agitate the solution in with brushes when necessary.
Step two
Once the product has had time to dwell deep down below the soil, we use our truck mounted equipment to steam rinse the tile. This is essentially pressure washing your tile at 1750 psi and extracting it back to our truck. This method is mess free and dries within minutes.
Step Three
any areas that don’t come clean, we re-apply the same detergent as a concentrate and brush areas again to break them down. We then steam clean the area removing any detergents. once everything is done we walk around and inspect the areas and dry up any wet spots.
