NEGATIVE AIR DUCT CLEANING

Brand new truck mounted duct cleaning equipment ensures the best cleaning for your home or office, while pulling all the dirt and dust outside to our truck. 

After walking through the entire job and locating each vent, we put down runner to protect your floors before any work is done. We then cut into your main trunk line to attach our 8 inch vacuum line from our truck mounted equipment. 

Sealing off your system is crucial to getting a thorough clean. We seal all vents to place the entire system into a negat vacuum, when cleaning we remove the seal preform the air washing and brushing if necessary. This puts all the vacuum to each vent while cleaning. 

Air washing your system uses compressed air at 200 psi to break down and suspend the dirt which then gets pulled outside to our truck mounted equipment once it’s air borne. We preform this cleaning on all vents and trunk lines. Brushing is an additional step sometimes required on some systems where the air scrubbing isn’t enough.  

Furnace cabinet and blower wheel included with each system clean. We offer different levels for your indoor coil cleaning, included with the duct cleaning we will inspect the coil and preform an air wash which is back flushing the coil with compressed air, this works really well for 75% of the homes we service this knocks off all the dust, small debris while being vacuumed by our truck mounted equipment. Additional coil cleaning options available case by case depending on the severity.  

An all natural plant based disinfectant is applied to each vent while the system is in a vacuum, this pulls it through the entire system disinfecting every square inch of your system. Once finished we patch the two 8 inch access holes made for our vacuum with steel panels which are then sealed off. We turn your system on and verify correct operation.
